1. 用admin 身份登入 AAD (Azure active directory) : https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/active-directory/
2. Find User:
3. new user > select groups > OK
4. 
5. Go back to Console > System Admin > User
6. Create user with pervious create new user from AAD
7. assign role to this user
Premission :
1. System ADministration > Security Configuration
2. Add Roles
3. Add Privileges
> Create new Privileges
>> Add References to Display menus items (指定某一特定頁面)
最後記得要publish 個premission 改動:
